Made of a team with over 20 years experience in the Geneva real estate market, our family business is based on strong entrepreneurial roots and dynamic management to respond to our clients needs. Independence without conflict of interest
Our sole activity being real estate brokerage, we guarantee absolute independence and above all no conflict of interests. As a matter of fact, we do not deal with renting, rental management/promotion or real estate asset management. Our remuneration lays exclusively on our clients’ property sales, enabling us to entirely focus on our expertise and know-how: real estate brokerage.

Our Network
Our independence and our clear positioning as brokers gives us privileged access to over twenty independent brokers and a dozen real estate agencies, giving us access to virtually the entire Geneva market. Working with a network is an indisputable strength, as long as stakeholders are trustful and provide a service that meets our requirements and those of our clients. That is why we have opted for a tailored and confidential network as opposed to a public network with imposed partners.
